SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

c) IN NO EVENT MAY YOU BRING ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AGAINST PRECISION HEALTH INFORMATICS MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISES.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions.
a) Choice of Law. This Agreement shall for all purposes be governed and construed in accordance with the law of Texas without regard to its choice-of-law rules.

b) Entire Agreement. This Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of Precision Health Informatics, constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous writings, discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind, with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Use.

c) Severability. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be held to be unenforceable, these Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect without that provision and will be interpreted to reflect the original intent of the Terms of Use.
